Why didn't I receive my order?

Lucy sends out automated emails a few days after your initial order has been placed to notify you that your order has been delivered and to provide you with instructions on how to properly use product. Please be sure to check your tracking number to see if your order is still "In-Transit" before reaching out to the support desk.

USPS can be inconsistent with scanning so, if you have not yet received your order and the tracking information shows it has been delivered, please allow another two days for your order to arrive.

If your order still doesn't show up, it may have been lost or misdelivered. Contact us at help@lucy.co for further assistance. We will need the full name and email address on your account as well as the corresponding order number.
