How do I replace my lost, stolen, or damaged order?

Included Lucy Package Protection with your order at checkout and you will receive a confirmation email from Lucy with tracking information. You can get a replacement by filling out this form or contacting support@lucy.co.

Note: Make sure to have the Order # we sent you ready when requesting a replacement. Many orders show up within the next five (5) days. We require a five (5) day waiting period from the delivery date before your order can be replaced.

Does Lucy cover stolen items?

Yes! When you protect your orders with Lucy, even stolen items are eligible for replacement.

**IF YOU OPTED OUT OF PACKAGE PROTECTION**

*LOST SHIPMENTS* Please file a missing mail report with USPS and provide us with that claim information for our records. Start by entering your tracking number. You'll see a prompt, "Having an issue related to this tracking number?" Click Start to continue the process. Lucy is unable to do this on your behalf. Many orders show up within the next five (5) days. We request that you wait five (5) days from the delivery date before your order can be replaced.

Contact us at support@lucy.co once you have filed a report with USPS and provide us with the claim information, and we can then ship a replacement for your lost order.
