Why can't I log into my account?

We sent out an account invite from orders@lucy.co (not .com) when you placed your initial order.

Be sure that you accept this account invite! Our system will not allow you to login if you have not accepted the invite. If you have already accepted the account invite, it is quite possible that you entered your email address incorrectly. Please reach out at help@lucy.co and provide the name on your account and the email you believe is associated with your account so that we can best assist you!
