Why can't I log into my account?

You should be able to log in to your account by entering the email address you used when you made a purchase.

You will receive a verification code in your email. Enter that verification code and you will be able to login.

If you do not receive a code to the email address you originally provided, it is quite possible that you entered your email address incorrectly. Please reach out to help@lucy.co and provide the name on your account and the email you believe is associated with your account so that we can best assist you!
