How can I cancel my subscription?

To manage your subscription (including skipping, delaying, or cancelling future shipments), you can do so easily from your account page at lucy.co/account. Simply enter your email and the password that you created when you first purchased (or follow the "forgot password" link).

Desktop computer: Options to edit and cancel are to your right. To cancel, select "cancel", choose your reason for cancellation, enter in any comments you would like us to be aware of. *Comments are not sent to the help desk. If you need assistance, please reach out at help@lucy.co*

Mobile phone: Scroll to the bottom of the page to see the options to edit and cancel. On some mobile browsers, you may need to scroll or swipe to the right within the subscription box to see the option to edit your subscription. To cancel, select the "cancel" option, select the reason for cancellation, enter in any comments you would like us to be aware of. *Comments are not sent to the help desk. If you need assistance, please reach out at help@lucy.co*

Please note: You must complete this process for your subscription to be cancelled.

To make edits: Select the "edit". You can update your delivery schedule, card on file, flavor preferences, and more. *Please reach out at help@lucy.co if you need further assistance.*
