How can I cancel my subscription?

To manage your subscription (including skipping, delaying, or cancelling future shipments), you can do so easily from your account page. Enter the email address that you used when you made your initial purchase. You will receive an email, and SMS, code for verification. Enter the code and you will be redirected to your account portal.

Select the subscription option at the top of the main header. If you're on a mobile phone you'll want to use the drop-down menu. Choose the option to manage your subscription. This will allow you to update any relevant account information, such as the card on file, next charge date, and order frequency, skip a shipment, quantity, flavor, and shipping address, and cancel your subscription.

To cancel, select "cancel subscription", select the reason for cancellation, click "next", then enter any comments you would like us to be aware of, and "cancel subscription". *Comments are not sent to the help desk. If you need assistance, please reach out at help@lucy.co*

Please note: You must complete this process for your subscription to be canceled.

To make edits: Select the "edit". You can update your delivery schedule, card on file, flavor preferences, and more. *Please reach out to help@lucy.co if you need further assistance.*

If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will not receive any future orders or charges. You can reactivate your subscription at anytime.
