I cancelled my subscription, why was I charged?
We are currently experiencing delays with shipments. Orders are currently being shipped 3 days after being placed. We are working hard to catch up. Please reach out at email@example.com with any questions and concerns.
Subscription cancellations must be cancelled no later than one day prior to your order process date. Once a charge is processed, your subscription cancellation will take effect for the following process date.
For example, if your subscription renewal date falls on 8/20/19, you must cancel on 8/19/19 for the upcoming shipment not to be charged and processed for shipment. Shipments leave our warehouse Monday through Friday by 10am EST. You must request any change prior to shipments leaving our warehouse in order for us to be able to accommodate your request.
If an order has already left our warehouse, you will need to refuse the shipment in order to get a refund. Please see our article on how to refuse shipments.
