I cancelled my subscription, why was I charged?

Subscription cancellations must be canceled no later than one day prior to your order process date. Once a charge is processed, your subscription cancellation will take effect on the following process date.

For example, if your subscription renewal date falls on 8/20/19, you must cancel on 8/19/19 for the upcoming shipment not to be charged and processed for shipment. Shipments leave our warehouse Monday through Friday by 10 am EST. You must request any change prior to shipments leaving our warehouse in order for us to be able to accommodate your request.

We are unable to change or cancel any order once it has left our warehouse.

If an order has already left our warehouse, you will need to refuse the shipment in order to get a refund. Please see our article on how to refuse shipments.
