How do I use Lucy Gum?

Lucy Gum works by releasing nicotine that is then absorbed through the mouth.

Even though Lucy looks, tastes, and feels like regular chewing gum, using it the same way as gum may lead to effects such as hiccups, heartburn, or stomach upset.

The best way to use Lucy Gum is to chew the piece for 10-15 seconds and park it in your lip to allow absorption of nicotine through the mouth. The more you chew, the more nicotine gets released, so chewing it fewer times before parking may help you have the best experience.

If the amount of nicotine released is too low (or the effects have worn off), feel free to chew the piece some more and park it again to release more nicotine. You can chew up to two pieces at a time for a higher mg.

Another option is to bite or break a piece in half to start with a smaller amount (2mg) of nicotine. That way you can get a feel for how you like to use without overdoing it. Using a new product like Lucy can take some practice. Please reach out at help@lucy.co if you have any questions.
