How to use Lucy Lozenges

Nicotine is meant to be absorbed through the gums. Place the lozenge in your mouth and allow it to slowly dissolve. Do not chew or swallow the lozenge. Occasionally move lozenge from one side of your mouth to the other until it is completely dissolved. To improve your chances of quitting, use as follows:

  • Weeks 1 through 6: 1 lozenge every 1 to 2 hours
  • Weeks 7 through 9: 1 lozenge every 2 to 4 hours
  • Weeks 10 through 12: 1 lozenge every 4 to 8 hours
