Can I swallow my saliva?
We recommend trying to swallow as little as possible as swallowing too much could lead to heartburn. Please remember to chew the piece for about 10-15 seconds and park it in your lip to allow absorption of nicotine through the mouth.
The more you chew, the more nicotine gets released, so chewing it fewer times before parking may help you have the best experience. If the amount of nicotine released is too low (or the effects have worn off), feel free to chew the piece some more and park it again to release more nicotine.
