Damaged orders

To protect your order against loss or damages that may occur during shipping, be sure to add Lucy Package Protection at checkout! When you add Package Protection at checkout, you can easily have your shipment replaced if it is lost, stolen, or damaged.

When you request a replacement, your request will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours. Lucy requires a wait time of five (5) days after the shipment was noted as delivered because shipments often arrive within the next few days.

If your order has defects or you suspect it was damaged during manufacturing, please contact us at help@lucy.co, and we will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation!

All claims for damaged orders must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. We will request product photos and the lot number on the back of the packaging for further investigation.
