How can I edit my account?
You can easily change or update your subscription from the account page, or we can make changes at your request.
- To make edits: Select the "manage subscription" option
- "Next charge date" please contact customer support at support@lucy.co
- "Delivery Schedule" will allow you to change your order frequency to any preference you prefer
- "Product" will allow you to update the quantity, mg, and flavor you receive.
- "Ship Address" will allow you to update the address we ship your order to
- "Payment method" will allow you to edit the credit card we use to process your order
- "Email address" will allow you to edit the email address you use to login
